This position provides highly responsible administrative and clerical support for the Urban Development Department Redevelopment and Community Development Staff. Work involves but is not limited to answering and redirecting incoming calls, scheduling meetings and preparing agendas, updating webpages, formatting pictures and documents, creating and maintaining paper and electronic filing systems, preparing correspondence, filling out and filing legal documents, updating project schedules and meeting deadlines, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications : Graduation from high school or equivalent supplemented by coursework in business practices and two years of experience in complex clerical work or any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the desirable knowledge, abilities, and skills.

Hours: Full time, M – F, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
