Qualifications
Position Summary:
The Office Services Specialist I will be responsible for maintaining schedules for faculty and administration manager, completing and submitting payment requests, data entry, answering phones, and conducting telephone screenings.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs a variety of routine clerical duties including maintaining schedules for faculty and administration manager, completing and submitting payment requests, data entry, and answering phones.
- Conducting telephone screenings.
- Perform other duties as assigned
LOCATED IN HUNTSVILLE, ALABAMA.
Salary Range: $15.00 – $19.50
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required.
- Hard Skills: Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft software applications
