Job Description : Are you a master of organization and dependability? National Indoor RV Centers is seeking a superstar Office Manager to ensure our location runs like a well-oiled machine. Youll be the backbone of our office, overseeing administrative tasks, supporting finance activities, and dazzling customers with exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

Answer calls and wow customers with your expertise
Manage inventory like a pro, placing orders and canceling when needed
Assist with finance tasks and keep the money matters in check
Handle tags and titles
Reconcile credit card transactions with finesse
Cashier like a rockstar and process payments with a smile
Post purchases and maintain meticulous records
Add new stock units and consignments
Master dealer cost and MSRP spreadsheets like a wizard
Handle petty cash checks and payments like a champ
Check for recalls on vehicles to keep everyone safe
Notarize documents and prepare affidavits like a pro
Order office supplies and snazzy uniforms to keep our team stylin
Process deposit refunds for customer deals with lightning speed
Show off your expertise in title work, billing, and daily paperwork in the RV or auto industry

Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to: Maintain files of titles, sales, prices, payments and other pertinent information related to the sale or transfer of an RV. Also maintain status reports that allow others to determine the progress of the vehicle title registrations. Follow up on titles that are missing or defective. Ensure paperwork is completed and processed in a timely manner to the correct DMV office.
Qualifications

Demonstrated knowledge of title work, billing, and daily paperwork in the RV or auto industry.
? Notary Public? We love it! Show off that stamp of authority!
? Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Basic accounting skills to keep the numbers in line
Familiarity with RV or auto industry paperwork? Youre our hero!
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications? Youll excel!
Excellent customer relations skills to impress everyone you meet
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
