Job description
We are looking for an Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administration of the company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be a self starter, takes initiative and comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion.
- Provides administrative support for Sales Department
- Answer and transfer calls to the appropriate company personnel
- Assists in setting up appointments for homeowners to review electric floor plans (in office and virtually)
- Support President, Vice President and GM schedules / special assignments
- Supports Office Coordinator and Assumes tasks when others take time off
- Data entry to create Jobs, schedules and/or documentation in company software
- All other duties as assigned
- Self starter, takes initiative and able to navigate ambiguous job tasks
- Proven experience as an office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite Programs
- Experience using virtual meeting platforms a plus (ie: Zoom)
- Experience with social media a plus
Job Type: full-time
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
