Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Customer Service Experience preferred

Responsibilities: The Medical Group Front Office Specialist coordinates the encounter or episode process for the customer/patient including scheduling appointments, entering referrals, updating patient demographics and facilitating the Advanced Access process.
