From HVAC systems to plumbing repairs and cosmetic enhancements, Maintenance Technicians are vital in ensuring resident satisfaction. Benefits and Pay Range:
The pay range for this position is $20-27 per hour DOE plus quarterly bonus potential!
Candidates starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications.

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units and common areas.
- Respond to resident service requests in less than 3 hours.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting issues.

- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on general maintenance experience preferred.
- Ability to operate various hand and power tools.

Experience in repairing and or maintaining at least most of the following:
- Electrical Systems
- Plumbing
- Appliances
- Flooring
- Carpentry
- Heating and air systems
- Pools
- Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Superior customer service skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and rotating on-call responsibility for after-hours emergencies
