Summer Teaching Position
Job Title: Teacher Availability Requirements: Available Monday-Thursday, June 3-5, 10-12, 17 & 18, 24-26, July 1-3, 8 (4th & 5th last day), 9 & 10 (3rd only). Hours are 8:00 – 2:00 Pay Scale: $40/hour certified teachers $20/hour classified Responsibilities: Specific responsibilities of a Teacher include, but are not limited to, these: preparing materials and activities for students based on course standards that need to be recovered ensuring the safety of students and fostering positive behavior support program and supervising students during arrival, dismissal and transition times. The ideal candidate will be flexible, dependable, self-motivated and team oriented. Summer program experience, work with at-risk students, and/or have experience in the field of education.
