Physical Requirements Moving and lifting object from floor to above shoulders up to 25 pounds. Standing and sitting at computer terminals and laboratory bench completing repetitive tasks for extensive periods of time. Working with materials requiring personal protective equipment in accord with EH&ampS policy.
Shift Monday through Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
Job Summary Dr. Ken Campbell’s lab performs experiments and computational modeling to advance knowledge of cardiac function in the setting of heart failure.

This position will assist in preparing and executing laboratory experiments, data collection, and basic analysis as assigned. The successful applicant will be expected to be organized, able to demonstrate the ability to generate experimental data, to have strong verbal and written communication skills, and to be a team player.

Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? No
Preferred Education/Experience Preferred degree in a related field (science preferred) and Research laboratory experience with mouse colony management/genotyping.
