Key Qualifications
- Technician-level experience in pilot production/R&D environment or comparable experience in test/assembly lab environment
- Experience with vacuum semiconductor processing tools, dry etch preferred
- Experience with manufacturing execution systems (MES) including statistical process control (SPC)
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership and drive results
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Superior attention to detail with handling of wafers and test data Ability to work within a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Description
Reporting directly to a Shift Operations Manager, Lab Technicians will be responsible for the following: Execution of standardized work based on documented operating procedures Execution of experimental procedures and relevant metrology steps, as requested by engineering Work closely with module engineering teams, providing continuous improvement feedback to optimize localized processes and procedures Flag Out of Control/Out of Spec material and execute standardized process out-of-control action plans (OCAP) as directed Help flag/troubleshoot software or hardware issues on vacuum tools Work on wet benches Prioritize safety first in all situations
Education & Experience
8+ year minimum related experience required

The base pay range for this role is between $33.30 and $72.55/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
