The Kidney Services Operations Leader is responsible for implementing and executing Kidney Services strategic plans throughout the enterprise. Specific responsibilities include functioning as a Kidney Services Medical Group partner in supporting the nephrology practices and primary care network integration. In close collaboration with Kidney Services leaders, this position will lead other functions in alignment with the strategic plan which may include data governance, digital technology services, internal process control, and supply chain liaison. This is an enterprise leadership position reporting to the AVP of Kidney Services and part of the Kidney Services Executive Team.Job Details
- Salary: $49.72/hour + depending on experience
- Benefits Eligible: Yes (Health, Vision, & Dental Insurance, 401(K), education assistance, + many more)
- Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. The position comes with flexibility. This role can work remote, but does require in-person time with clinics and leaders.
- Additional Details: This is an enterprise-wide position rolling up to Clinical Shared Services out of Key Bank Tower. This position will work within medical group clinics, hospitals, and office space.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in healthcare operations

- Demonstrated experience with Business Acumen: Understanding of business principles and the ability to apply them to achieve organizational goals.
- Demonstrated experience with Financial Accountability: Ability to manage financial resources effectively and ensure financial accountability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters degree.
- Experience in kidney services or related field is a plus.
