Job Duties

Under California Government Code Section 14200, this position is eligible for hybrid telework and may be eligible for full-time remote work in some circumstances and/or time-periods, at the sole discretion of the Department. Telework-eligible applicants must reside in California. Headquarter location will be designated on the selected candidates primary residence location. This is subject to change if HCDs criteria is met.

Under the general direction of the Staff Services Manager (SSM) I within the Asset Management &amp Compliance Branch – Project Fiscal Section, the incumbent is independently responsible for the most complex day-to-day activities associated with overseeing the financial and programmatic operations of rental housing developments financed under a variety of the Departments rental programs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $5,967.00 – $7,474.00 per month
