Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate inventory analysis and continuous improvement sessions to identify and deliver solutions to remove impediments to flow and achieve desired business outcomes.
  • Run reports daily/weekly/monthly monitoring key inventory characteristics that ensures inventory accuracy for the GoM region.
  • Identify parts and materials as necessary, provides feedback to appropriate personnel to correct material master descriptions and other relevant data.
  • Perform periodic analysis of inventory levels, recommending inventory setting adjustments aimed at target specific minimum and maximum reorder point adjustments that fulfills offshore demand.
  • Coordinate with Ops and purchasing to order new supplies to avoid inefficiencies or excessive surplus.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of inventory management, data maintenance, materials managements and warehouse operations
  • SAP S/4Hana experience preferred
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and data manipulation skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Sharp problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
