Apply Here Job Description : Impact As our Innovation Program Coordinator (Sales Development and Innovation) located US remotely you will support the end to end development of new sales and revenue driving growth programs. This position will be a key stakeholder in the progress and success of Enterprise level growth initiatives including but not limited to Retail Partner solutions, CPG Media partner solutions and Shipt Member experiences.

While no two days are the same, you will be involve being a task manager, assisting in scheduling meetings, and taking notes. Youll also be responsible for keeping project coordinators informed and administering tasks. What You’ll Need to Be Successful
  • You have 3 years of experience working for retail, marketplaces, CPG media, supply chain, logistics, or consumer internet organizations, showcasing a track record of coordination and support in program-related activities.
  • You feel confident working with ambiguity: thrive in situations of ambiguity, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.
  • You bring energy, curiosity, and a positive attitude to the team, contributing to a vibrant and innovative work environment.
  • You possess a basic understanding of program management, providing foundational support to drive program success.
  • You know how to effective communicate, ensuring clarity and transparency in all team interactions.
Work Arrangement: Shipt considers candidates located near a Shipt office or workspace in Birmingham, San Francisco, or Minneapolis to be hybrid, which means that they have the flexibility to work from home (with leader approval) or at a Shipt office in order to facilitate the ability to innovate, collaborate, and spark team connections. In-office expectations will vary by role and leader. Certain roles may require in-office presence on a full-time basis.
