As an Inbound Call Center Customer Service Representative, youll work with customers and internal employees to answer questions regarding their account(s). You need to enjoy building connections with and helping customers. This hands-on individual has exceptional and sincere customer service abilities, computer skills, and experienced problem-solving strategies.

Job Description

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Answer incoming calls from customers and field personnel

Identify and assess customers needs and direct calls accordingly

Build customer relationships through sustained communications

Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the appropriate methods/tools

Handle customer complaints and provide sound solutions/alternatives in a time-sensitive fashion

ATTENTION TO DETAILS

All customer communication/status is notated accurately and completely

Perform follow-up and provide status on open email and voicemail deliverables

Provide invoices to customers

Coordinate deliveries when customers are out of product

Coordinate with field sales on customer needs, payment commitments

Identify field process issues that may delay payment and report occurrences to management

TEAM ORIENTED

Support the Collections team by 1. Communicating account balances to customers/field personnel 2. providing independent account summaries

Ensure independent customers are credit and payment terms compliant assess service holds if necessary, restore terms when accounts are current

Qualifications

2+ years of Customer Service

2+ years Accounts Receivable, Credit and Collections experience

Comprehension of written instructions (including procedure manuals), correspondence and financial documents

Direct store delivery, route accounting or call center experience

Work in a fast-paced environment and navigate change

Good problem-solving skills

Proficient in Microsoft Suite

Self-directed requires limited oversight

Explain and educate customers in a helpful way (Ability to write and organize formal correspondences)

Interest in learning – become the subject matter expert people rely on

Handle confidential information

Process and record information ensuring data integrity

Demonstrate management skills, managing multiple tasks at the same time

Additional Information

The base salary range for this position is $47,500 to $52,500 + cash incentives

Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience.

The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
