Silicon Valley Medical Development is currently seeking a talented HR Coordinator to join our growing healthcare team!


Pay: $30.00/hr – $40.00/hr -Entry level or Target level based off of experience

Location: Los Gatos, CA

Full Time: 40 hours per week


The Silicon Valley Medical Development, LLC (SVMD) is an ambulatory care organization which seeks to grow our presence throughout Santa Clara County by elevating the healthcare experience for consumers. We seek to coordinate care that best fit the needs of the community we serve, grow to include like-minded people who want to simplify the healthcare experience.


The HR Business Partner is responsible for performing HR-related responsibilities on a professional level and working closely with leadership to successfully execute HR programs, initiatives and policies to support organizational and business operations. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: employee relations and engagement, performance management, compensation, HR metrics reporting, HRIS and HCM (Human Capital Management), benefits administration and disability management including leaves of absence and Workers’ Compensation program for SVMD staff and affiliated medical group(s). May perform HR recruitment activities, and onboarding activities related to acquisitions as assigned by supervisor. This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but may serve as a lead or coach for future HR positions in the department.


Compensation and Benefits Administration

  • Assists with the development and implementation of staff compensation program including policies and procedures, annual performance evaluation process and merit increases provides guidance on compensation strategy planning and administration communicates policies, procedures and programs to management and staff
  • Processes Personnel Action Forms (PAFs) for accuracy and completeness Maintains significant understanding of HR systems and apps providing ongoing recommendations for new programs and or deeper utilization.

HRIS:

  • Assists with the evaluation and selection of future Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
  • Performs regular HRIS functions to include the input and extraction of HR data
  • Develops and maintains ad hoc HRIS reports and prepares the EEOC and other HR compliance reports
  • Develops processes and oversees the disability management program to include leaves of absence, Workers’ Compensation program and workplace accommodation requests consults with managers and HR Executive as needeD.

Other Responsibilities

  • Assists with onboarding activities associated with acquisitions
  • Performs other duties and project work as assigned to meet organizational business needs may assist Provider Recruitment as needed
  • Develops appropriate HRIS work flow systems and processes
  • Utilizes Excel program for in depth compensation analysis and tracking.
  • Produces complex Excel reports
  • Proficient in use of multiple HRIS/HCM systems
  • Experience using multiple HR Apps
  • Will oversee the compensation program previous experience may not be required, training will be provided.
  • This position may be assigned additional HR Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements:


  • A.A. degree with major or emphasis in Human Resources, Business Administration or a closely related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of job-related experience with HR information systems and or complex compensation program management.
  • Valid California Drivers License

Required:

  • Expert Level Excel experience

  • Strong Pivot table experience

  • Analytical Background/IT
