Salary: $18.14 – $21.68/hour

Grade: 9

Job Summary:

Administrative and technical support in the following HR disciplines benefits, classification/compensation, and recruitment. This includes providing customer service to internal and external customers by e-mail, phone, and in-person receiving, verifying, collecting, and reviewing any necessary paperwork for Personnel/Payroll Action forms verifying, advertising, tracking, and communicating with Hiring Managers regarding recruitment notices administering fingerprinting process for new hire staff members preparing, maintaining, tracking.

  • Data entry and use of office equipment
  • Use of PC’s and related software including Excel, Access and Microsoft Word
  • Effective communication

  • General office procedures and operation of office equipment
  • Prepare reports, communicate, and write effectively.

Pre-Employment Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • one year of human resources experience or related experience.
  • Must be able to pass FBI and State background check or Fingerprint Clearance Card
    as position requires by policy or Statute
