Main duties and responsibilities
JOB BASICS
The HR Marketing and Social Media Coordinator is responsible for the development & execution of strategies to strengthen Kronospans employer brand. Duties include recruitment marketing campaigns and enhancement of our digital presence in order to position Kronospan as the employer of choice. The position owns Kronospans digital marketing channels including social media. The position also designs and develops programs to elevate the application process the position fosters cross-business and cross-regional collaboration between all U.S. sites. The HR Marketing and Social Media Coordinator interacts frequently with HR staff, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner and compliance with Kronospan processes and government regulations. The position is also involved in on-campus recruiting and in the recruiting for management and senior staff positions for all Kronospans U.S. locations.
Requirements
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED- Must have Bachelors degree or equivalent experience a degree in Fine Arts, Marketing, or Graphic Design preferred.
- Intermediate to advanced skills using Adobe Creative suite
- Advanced Excel and social media skills
- Experience with a high volume of tasks and requests
- Experience in recruiting program management and execution
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside candidates and service providers
- Ability to work autonomously and under pressure to meet constant deadlines
- Experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter) preferred
- Hands-on experience with recruiting web sites and social media
- Prefer 1-3 years experience in a recruiting role specializing in social media and internet marketing
- Ability to travel nationally 15% of the time
