We are currently hiring for:
10AM – 6:30PM, M-F (FT) EST (OH, DE, PA, NJ, MD)
8AM – 4:30PM, M-F (FT) MDT (UT)
7AM – 3:30PM, M-F (FT) MST (AZ)
What You’ll Do
Ensures loan application was accurately completed and sends all required disclosures to borrowers within regulatory timelines. Reviews return and customer mail to ensure appropriate actions are taken based on the documents received.
Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
How You’ll Do It
Collect documents required to render an initial credit decision
Validate data entry points and issues required loan disclosures
Handle customer inquiries on account status and requirements, triages technical questions
Pre-qualifies customer loan inquiries
Review and request data to adhere to regulatory requirements
Qualifications You’ll Need
The Basics
H.S. Diploma or GED
In lieu of education, 2+ years of experience in Customer Service or Mortgage related position
Bonus Points If You Have
1+ years of experience in Customer Service or Mortgage related position

A credit screening may be required for some roles within Discover Home Lending.

Compensation: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $17.50 to $24.19. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
