Four Seasons Resorts Lanai is seeking a Guest Services Manager.

JOIN OUR OHANA

The Guest Services Manager directs and controls the activities of all Guest services positions, Guest Services Coordinators, Guest Services Attendant, Lanai Ambassadors. Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs or requests and adding personal recommendations to achieve maximum guest satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies. Will collaborate with Transportation team of the Resort vehicles to ensure guest experience is seamless.

Job Responsibilities:

  • We are looking for passionate and committed individuals that h ave excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills and problem solving abilities.
  • P roficiency in Hotel property management systems, in particular Opera and Micros is preferred.
  • Strong supervisory and managerial skills are essential. We are looking for candidates with 2-5 years of Guest Services/Front Desk supervisory and/or management experience.
  • A hospitality degree is preferred, however, not essential with relevant work experience.
  • Utilizes a variety of computer systems to check guests in and out, run daily reports and select and block rooms for arriving guests.
  • Assists with responsibilities and duties of a most senior manager, overseeing entire resort operation or as assigned.
  • Provides basic trouble-shooting support for in-room services such as Internet, TV movies, games, and Web service.
  • Works closely with Bell Staff to ensure smooth handling of guest luggage, deliveries, and special requests.
  • Works closely with Security Staff to handle any guest emergency or safety concerns.
  • Provide support and assist other departments in a crunch or as circumstances arise.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by resort leadership
