Job Description:

This position provides customer service, inputs and investigates cases, fields calls, and monitors the process of solving the customers case. This position documents incoming information regarding the customers concern and investigates all evidence until the case is completed.

This is an in-person position that is located in Los Angeles, CA. This is NOT a remote position.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The hourly pay for this position ranges from $19.95-$29.95 based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidates work experience.
