TicketNetwork has an exciting opportunity for Front Desk Receptionist! As the first point of contact for anyone looking for information, youll support customers, employees, and others by providing excellent service over the phone and in person. On a day-to-day basis, the Front Desk Receptionist will answer the phone and provide quick and accurate information, transfer calls, take messages, track and distribute mail, assist visitors, and provide administrative support to employees and HR as needed. Ideal candidates will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, will be able to remain organized in a fast-paced environment, and will be enthusiastic in their customer focus!

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Answers calls and directs caller to the appropriate associate
  • Provides callers with information as needed
  • Greets and directs visitors and ensures that anyone entering the building is authorized to do so
  • Verifies employee guest ID?s, provides visitor passes, and maintains visitor log
  • Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Friendly and confident phone manner
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Exemplary customer focus

Required Experience:

  • At least one year of experience in a professional customer service or administrative role
  • At least one year of experience using MS Office applications in a professional or academic setting

Education:

  • H.S. Diploma or equivalent required

Schedule:

  • Full time
  • Monday-Friday: 9:00AM to 6:00PM
