We are seeking a friendly and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and ensuring guest satisfaction.   • Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
  • Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Assist with reservations and room assignments
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry – Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written – Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail – Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment – Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations – Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures is a plus – Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirableAt our hotel, we value our employees contributions and offer opportunities for growth within the company.
