Must be able to properly pull breast from the bird properly as these positions will be rotating.

• Must be able to work in cold/hot climates
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to go up and down stairs
• Must be able to use knives and scissors
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40lbs
• Other duties as assigned
