Position Overview
The
Food Service Specialist
is responsible for taking customer orders, preparing menu items, and/or packaging of the food product for the store while maintaining the high standards of the restaurant/store and displaying a friendly attitude.

- Follow health and safety guidelines for food storage and handling.
- Prep food products for the day
- Learn hot/cold times and temperatures for each food item.
- Make sandwiches, burgers, and chicken as applicable per store location.
- Operate kitchen machinery, slicer, mixer, fryers, fryer safety, and packaging machine.
- Receive and inspect the product.
- Accurately package and label products. (Food dating).
- Follow HACCP programs, including verification and documentation of product.
- Follow daily cleaning schedules and sanitation procedures.
- Maintain inventory and proper rotation of products.
Skills/Abilities:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to reach, stoop, and bend frequently.
- Some food service experience preferred.
- Able to follow multi-step directions.
Requirements:
- Must be 16 years old.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Must complete food safety class within 90 days of hire date.
Location : Store #110, located at 630 HWY 16, Emmett Idaho 83617 Hours : Part-time, 8-29 hours/week. Days: Days and times may vary including weekends, evenings, and some holidays. Pay: Starts at 13.50 + Depending on experience
