Financial Aid Assistant III

The primary focus of this position is to provide administrative support for the federal, state and institutional financial aid programs. In addition, following departmental policies and procedures, the Financial Aid Assistant III has the authority to resolve routine problems and provide assistance to students by phone, email, or in-person.
Location MU – Marshall University Salary Range $22,200 – $28,800 – Salary is commensurate with experience and internal equity Salary Grade 2

Education
- Associate’s degree
Experience
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications
