That’s why we’ve been distributed from the start: initially between offices in Boston &amp Santa Barbara, and now with additional offices in Seattle, San Francisco &amp Paris. This role can be done from anywhere in the United States- any of our offices, or remotely from home. It’s about impact, not location. The Executive Assistant will support the Chief Commercial and Revenue Officers. From time to time they may also support the wider US Leadership team in special projects or events, interacting with employees and outside parties from around the world. The ideal person for this role is a proactive and enthusiastic person, who is willing to take initiative, feels at ease in an international fast- paced environment and knows how to set priorities and possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills. What You’ll Do
  • Complex calendar management that includes scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, setting up video conferences, special projects and group events.
  • Assists with worldwide travel arrangements (airline, hotel reservations), processing country visas and preparing expense reports.
  • Coordinate special projects and department activities for the executives and from time to time for the wider Leadership team, including calendaring, booking hotels &amp conference rooms, organizing attendees and agendas, and arranging food.
  • Prepares meeting materials including assistance with the creation of presentations, handouts and other related materials. Including ensuring attendees are aware of and prepared for meetings Post-meeting follow-up troubleshoot scheduling conflicts as they arise.
  • Acts as a proactive troubleshooter with responsibility for making correct and often rapid judgments about forwarding questions and requests to appropriate personnel.
  • Gather receipts and file expense reports in compliance with company policies.
  • Handle inbound phone calls and business mail.
  • Greet visitors and ensure they are properly routed within Sonos.

  • 8+ years relevant work experience in an international environment.
  • Must have heavy and busy calendar management skills across multiple time-zones.
  • Be flexible to adapt to fluctuating workload and able to handle multiple tasks at a time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Has a natural assertive attitude and strong communication, organization and planning skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Solid working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Both a team player and independent worker, easily connecting to others.

All full time employees are eligible for merit increases, discretionary bonuses, and equity. Our job postings may span more than one career level and the base pay range may be modified in the future based on changing market conditions. The starting base pay for this role for all US candidates is between: $93,000 and $103,700 Please note that compensation details listed in US job postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
