What will you do? As an Admin / Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial support role in our dynamic team, directly contributing to our mission of advancing renewable energy and sustainability practices. You will provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Senior Director and Associate Director and other team leaders, facilitating efficient operation and strategic activities within the Tax Credit Investments (TCI) team. Your role is pivotal in enabling the seamless execution of projects that help reduce carbon footprints and achieve sustainability goals for our clients.

Administrative Support: Manage and prepare expense reports with accuracy and timeliness.
- LinkedIn Management: Oversee the Associate Director’s and other leaders’ LinkedIn profiles,
- Client Engagement: Assist in managing business card information, ensuring details are
- Internal Coordination: Serve as the point of contact for internal communications related to the
- Organization of internal files, including versioning, creating clear and consistent storage systems, and building search functions.
- Support the team, as needed, in preparation, delivery, and follow-up
- Assist in the customization of presentations based on unique client needs

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proficiency in written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team including proactively identifying gaps in process or systems
- High degree of professionalism and discretion with sensitive information.
- Enthusiasm for renewable energy and sustainability.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or experience in related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role, preferably
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams)
For this Colorado based position, the expected compensation range is $66,000 – $99,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
