Job Responsibilities
- Developing reports and composing, critiquing and editing correspondence, as well as interfacing at the highest level with officers/executive members of external companies and/or organizations regarding sensitive information.
- Creating and developing visual presentations for senior executives organizing and prioritizing a large volume of incoming calls and calendar appointments.
- Maintaining confidential and non-routine information and acting as project manager for special projects pertaining to executive staff.
- Supporting Executive Leadership for all administrative needs. Scheduling meetings and making travel arrangements.
- This job requires Microsoft Office testing.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5 years – Progressive administrative experience required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment sharing responsibility, roles and accountability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Must be a team player, be organized and have the ability to handle multiple projects
- Ability to solve problems via the analysis and interpretation of conducting research
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
