Telework Information: This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, with up to two days of remote work and three days or more onsite, per week.

This is a Limited Term position for a duration of 12 months that may be extended up to 24 months and/or may become permanent.

Headquartered in downtown Sacramento, CalPERS is renowned for its leadership and innovation in the field. We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to lead our Event Management (EM) team. The Staff Services Manager I (SSM I) will oversee all internal and external events for CalPERS. They also manage budgets and timelines for all events, serve as lead among program areas and vendors to ensure seamless event coordination and oversee enterprise-wide activities such as marketing and outreach initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $6,760.00 – $8,398.00 per month
