Entry-Level Security Operations Center Specialist – 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Entry-Level Security Operations Center Specialist to join our team in Sacramento, CA .

Position Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control physical access to the property
• Produce and issue identification cards to comply with company requirements and ensure authorized access
• Utilize company standard production equipment and supplies
• Verify identification and proof of citizenship for export compliance
• Enter required records into provided data management systems

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position requires an active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) U.S. Security Clearance with an adjudicated Counterintelligence or Full Scope Polygraph (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.).

Special Program Access or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory for this position.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 2+ years’ experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Excel)
• Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills
• Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the job, including climbing ladders, stairs, lifting up to 35 pounds or 16 kilograms, lifting arms above head height, and quickly moving to different areas of the building at a brisk walking pace with or without an assistive mobility device.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Experience with monitoring facility alarms, CCTV, and fire alarm systems
• Proficiency in record-keeping and journal entries
• Ability to read and interpret maps and building floor plans

Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. 4 years related work experience).

Summary pay range: $61,200 – $82,800
