Dispatcher

Coulter Cleaning Services is seeking a reliable and organized Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling cleaning services for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving and processing cleaning requests from clients
• Assigning and scheduling cleaning staff to client locations
• Communicating with cleaning staff and clients to ensure timely and effective service delivery
• Monitoring staff progress and updating schedules as needed
• Maintaining accurate records and files of all cleaning requests and schedules
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or concerns related to cleaning services

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a dispatcher or in a related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
