Director Business Development – Healthcare Staffing

AB Staffing Solutions seeks a detail-oriented Director Business Development with exceptional presentation, sales and time management skills to generate a pipeline of leads through various channels. As the Strategic Partnership Director, you will work across our Acute, Post-Acute, and Allied Health divisions.

You will earn $100,000 or more per year, depending on your experience, plus you will enjoy AB Staffing’s company benefits package, which includes:

Your responsibilities as the Director Business Development will include:

  • Cold-calling and emailing potential leads and attending networking events to gain new business.
  • Communicating with all levels of stakeholders within facilities and healthcare organizations to identify staffing needs and solutions.
  • Attending conferences, site visits, and trade shows, as needed.

To qualify for this Director Business Development opportunity, you must have at least 5 years of healthcare staffing sales experience, a High School Diploma or GED and:

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Professional presentation skills.
  • The ability to deliver excellent customer service.
