What youll do:

This role will provide multimedia design support across the Creative Operations team, responsible for creating exciting and compliant rich media advertising campaigns that utilize traditional design techniques, motion graphics, as well as the use of Celtra for developing branded interactive experiences. This role will execute creative tasks across a wide variety of campaigns, as well as take part in ideation sessions, client-facing kick-off calls and design iterations based on campaign performance.

At SuperAwesome, Digital Campaign Designers are involved in the entire creative process by executing innovative advertising solutions for some of the top global brands.

With support from various teams and technologies you can expect to be involved in projects that include but are not limited to creating display banners, interactive mobile ads, motion graphics, and gamified experiences.


In this role, you will:

  • Ideate and execute creative tasks across varied ad campaigns for audiences 16 and under.

  • Work to timelines with Account Managers and Sales teams to deliver mockups and drafts for clients to work towards a final product.

  • Use the Adobe Creative Suite for asset creation and video/motion graphic production.

  • Utilize Celtra to turn client drafts and assets into finalized interactive creatives.

  • Take part in internal and external ideation and brainstorm sessions.

  • Collaborate with the design team to regularly find ways to enhance cross-team creative efficiency.

  • Use creative A/B testing to gain performance insights.

  • Regularly train, collaborate, and ideate as a team in relevant industry trends and technologies to provide innovative design solutions. (Ex: 3D, AR, AI, Game Design)


Who you are:

  • A skilled digital designer with 3-5 years of experience in creating interactive marketing campaigns for audiences ranging from Pre-K to 16yo.

  • Someone who demonstrates exceptional proficiency in layout design, showcasing a keen eye for composition, balance, and visual hierarchy.

  • Experienced and knowledgeable in designing digital ad campaigns

  • An independent worker able to manage their workload across multiple projects to meet deadlines.

  • Highly proficient in Photoshop, After Effects, Celtra and Google Suite.

  • Familiarity with 3D softwares, like Blender.

  • A strong communicator whos able to explain/justify their design decisions and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Passionate for creating fun and innovative interfaces and experiences.

  • Endlessly inquisitive and open to experimenting and learning about emerging trends, tech, and software in the digital space.
