Our Information Technology Services Branch (ITSB)/Technology Infrastructure Services Division (TISD)/Customer Technologies Support/Enterprise Desktop Support Section/Technology Services Desktop Support Unit and Benefits &amp Financial Desktop Support Unit is seeking an Information Technology Associate (ITA) to work in the client services domain and performs a wide variety of tasks requiring regular innovative problem solving within stated and no-specific guidelines. The ITA works as a desktop support analyst on assigned projects and tasks. This includes overall installation, maintenance, troubleshoot, and administration of California Public Employees’ Retirement System (CalPERS) technology resources in support of a centralized IT environment focusing on desktop IT needs and drive our CalPERS mission.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4,651.00 – $8,238.00 per month
