Job Description:
This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of project/small program deliverables which requires the engagement of multiple teams. Key responsibilities include communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, facilitating sync points across teams, providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables, and managing program risk and compliance to standards. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of the strategy for identification, certification, adoption and monitoring of Authoritative Data Sources (ADS)
  • Supporting ADS adherence to Enterprise Data Management (EDM) Standards, including the implementation and ongoing monitoring of all technology controls associated with an ADS
  • Support the establishment and run the Risk &amp Finance Data Design Authority to govern the adoption of data governance practices
  • Drive the enhancement and implementation of the Authoritative Source Certification Framework
  • Build a common data culture between business leaders, architects and the CDO community to ensure clear lines of responsibility, accountability for all aspects of data ownership, data management and data remediation activities.
  • Establish and maintain relationships across stakeholder groups (COOs of business functions, IT architects, IT service owners, domain architects and the wider CDO community)
  • Drive value realization through data architecture by recommending data strategies and programs
  • Drive program coordination, stakeholder management and executive level reports for strategic data program using strong data story telling skills

Required Skills:

  • Knowledge of data management fundamentals – including data architecture, data quality, data governance, metadata management, data lineage and analytics
  • Strong project management experience, including attention to details, ability to work independently
  • Communication and relationship building– work with a variety of stakeholders to drive forward program while building relationships
  • Problem solving, analysis &amp ability to learn new skills quickly
  • Proven passion for the data quality discipline
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
