Customer Service Representative- Krosswood Doors

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative in our SLC office to join our team and uphold our reputation for unparalleled customer satisfaction. As a Customer Service Representative at Krosswood Doors, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with product selection, order placement, and tracking shipments.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and empathetic manner, aiming for first-call resolution whenever possible.
• Provide product information, specifications, and guidance to customers and prospects.
• Collaborate with other departments, including sales, logistics, and manufacturing, to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
• This is a full time in office position.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computer systems and familiarity with CRM software.
• Knowledge of doors and related products is a plus but not required we provide comprehensive training.
