Since 1977, Arctic Air Conditioning, HVAC, Plumbing, and Electric, located in Old Bridge, NJ has been focused on giving our customers the best value. We are looking for an outgoing and driven Customer Service Representative to take inbound and make outbound calls to assist customers with scheduling.
Pay Range: $21.00 to $24.00 per hour DOE

Schedule:
- M-F 8 am – 8 pm availability to work a schedule based on business need.
- Rotating weekends as needed.
- Remote on-call as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound customer calls in a fast-paced environment.
- Empathize & understand customer’s urgent plumbing, HVAC, and electrical problems.
- Book the customer’s appointment in CRM.
- Answer customer questions and provide basic services information.
- Make outbound calls to schedule service calls.
- Sell and renew memberships.
- Follow scripting to provide consistent experience for clients.
- Cross-promote various trade services to customers.
- Communicate with customers via chat or email.
- Complete any responsibilities assigned by manager.
- Be prepared to complete other duties that are delegated on an as needed basis.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional customer service and phone skills
- Strong attention to detail with problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Proficient at typing & comfortable with computers
