Customer Service Representative
Aerometals is looking to add the following position:
Customer Service Representative
Pay range: $27 – $35 / hourly
The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate the ability to:
- Ensure both international and domestic sales activity is supported by working closely with customers and sales department management.
- Provide quotes, sales agreements, and NDAs as necessary.
- Assist with the customer specific approval process.
- Perform CRM administration duties by completing task such as:
- Entering data, providing updates, and collaborating with international sales reps/sales pipeline.
- Handle web-based customer portal administration/support.
- Provide daily customer support by maintaining verbal and written communication and processing warranties.
- Assist with long term and basic ordering agreements.
- Assist the department director and manager with administrative duties as needed.
- Perform any other duties as required by the organization.
Qualification Requirements:
Education: High school diploma
Skills :
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Proficiency in ERP and Job Boss is a plus
Experience
: 5 years in customer service
Training : On the job training.

Aerometals Inc. of El Dorado Hills, California is a 40-year veteran of commercial and military aerospace manufacturing. We offer a full range of production services including CNC machining and turning, sheet metal fabrication, welding, assembly, autoclave, and precision assembly. Aerometals has significant experience manufacturing critical application, militarized components to OEM engineering data for use on many fixed wing aircraft and helicopters. Customers include the US Military, Boeing, Lockheed, Sikorsky, etc.
