The Opportunity
Our team is looking for a detail minded Business Analyst to help us improve the customer experience. As part of the support organization, your work will enable us to better understand what challenges our customers face when using our products and services. Our data analysts are tasked with analyzing our support data, creating dashboards, and setting important metrics.

What You’ll do
Develop customer insights by analyzing trends in historical support data
Drive exploratory data analysis and derive hypotheses that will drive business and product decisions
Prepare executive reporting and ensure accuracy of leadership reports
Communicate and present concise and concrete reports to collaborators and partners
Design and automate reporting dashboards that enable partners to improve their understanding of support issues
Develop and run ad-hoc reports to answer business questions and support data-driven decision-making when needed
Use multiple data sources to provide a comprehensive view of customer contact trends
Find innovative ways to search for relevant patterns, trends, and relationships amongst large data volumes that lead to business improvement

What youll need to Succeed!
5+ years of relevant professional experience in analytics.
Strong proficiency in querying, manipulating and analyzing large data sets using SQL and/or SQL-like languages.
Advanced Excel skills.
Proven understanding of a data visualization tool such as Tableau or Power BI.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good attention to detail with the ability to stitch, calibrate and quality control multiple data sources.
Self-starter with ability to multi-task, adapt quickly, problem solve, and learn independently

Preferred Skills
Web Analytics experience.
Experience with Adobe Analytics.
Knowledge of Data Science, Statistical modeling techniques.
Experience with Python and data-frames.
Predictive analytics and future growth forecasting.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position?is $72,400 — $153,000 annually. Pay?within this range varies by work location?and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,?and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
