What youll be doing day to day

As a Customer Service Coordinator, supporting the in-store customer experience team, you will: * Oversee day-to-day operations that are assigned by the Team Leader, including opening and/or closing duties for the unit which also include key and alarm code responsibilities. * Troubleshoot and apply appropriate corrective actions such as emergency and incident response, authorization, access, etc. * Enhance the shopping journey of our visitors to IKEA by collaborating with all functions to increase co-worker competence and knowledge. * Ensure customers receive consistent information throughout their shopping journey. * Record information in the relevant systems to improve the customers future shopping experience. * Enhance customer relationships to boost sales and ensure sustained profitability by understanding IKEA’s product range and services. When needed, offer alternative solutions that meet the needs of individual customers. * Forge a team mindset centered around first time right for every customer, ensuring a positive customer journey. * Take part in additional department responsibilities to secure the daily operation for co-workers and customers. * Contribute to an environment where the IKEA culture is a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of co-workers and customers.

QUALIFICATIONS

3-5 years of related experience in a retail customer service and customer-focused environment, preferably in a supervisory/leadership role overseeing cash lanes and returns &amp exchanges. Requirements: Physical Demands: Lifting, Pushing/Pulling, Sliding/Transferring and Carrying Occasionally (1-50lbs.)

JOB TYPE – Permanent, Full-Time BENEFITS ELIGIBLE? Yes HOURS – 34-40 hours per week. Must have complete open working availability from Monday to Sunday between the hours of 7:00AM to 11:00PM.
