Summary:

Supervises crisis workers and provides direction, coordination, and consultation for all crisis functions within the Sexual Assault Support Services (SASS) program to help victims of sexual assault to begin the healing process by performing the following duties.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Directly supervises up to 15 employees involved in the Crisis Intervention and

Stabilization portion of Sexual Assault Support Services. Carries out supervisory

responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws.

Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees planning,

assigning, and directing work appraising performance rewarding and disciplining

employees addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and/or Experience:

Associates degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or six months to one year related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
