Summary
  • The Creative Media Specialist conceives and develops content in all digital areas, including social media. This position is responsible for creating photos/images tailored to social media channels as appropriate. Social media includes but is not limited to Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
  • This position works under the supervision of the Director and is employed by Mosaic Health System.
Duties
  • Works in conjunction with the Marketing Videographer for video, editing, and podcast needs. Works in conjunction with the marketing team to create, publish, distribute, and promote content across all communication channels.
  • Assists the Digital Marketing and Consumerism Coordinator with creative development.
  • Works with organizational programs and service lines to effectively create content that meets the needs of their clients. Engages with all levels of caregivers to coordinate projects and establish and enhance a content marketing strategy.
  • Supports the organization with photography needs to include editing.
  • Designs and produces graphics and media materials as part of comprehensive communication efforts.
  • Develops and maintains an organizational archive of electronic production files and images.
  • Drives content generation and executes output. Participates in the design and maintenance of creative content.
  • Ensures content meets brand standards and properly represents the voice of the organization.
  • Applies marketing research and development methods to learn and understand current and emerging social media trends. Uses analytics to adapt the organizations content strategy to stay in line and/or ahead of trends.
  • Consults with agency staff as needed for multimedia needs.
  • Coordinates the creation of digital content.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum three years of experience in digital marketing or related field is required. Must be proficient in Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube (including generating reporting from each) preferred that they are also familiar with Instagram, Pinterest, Snap Chat and other social platforms. Minimum of 5 years understanding web-based technology, through knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, Motion Array, Premiere, Illustrator, and/or other design and editing related applications is required.
