Conference Service Manager
who has a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha.
The Conference Service Manager is responsible for coordinating arrangements for group meetings, conventions and incentive trip programs. S/He plans, coordinates, and implements special events and other meetings, conferences and special projects by liaising with the sales team on initial contract negotiations, group expectations, overseeing pre and post conference meetings with the clients and hotel team, communicating to the hotel team and vendor service agreements.. We are seeking someone who is creative and is an integral part of innovating new ways to improve the catering operations while ensuring Four Seasons legendary service standards are met consistently.

Annual Salary Range: $75k-$80k
Responsibilities
- Pre-Planning of Group Programs in advance of arrival and on-site
- Liaising with Destination Management Companies on logistics and opportunities for outstanding experiences for guests

Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- Conference Service Experience (required)
- Understanding hospitality industry (preferred)
Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
