Community Corrections Case Worker

Job Posting Information

Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

This is human service work in a community corrections program utilizing a variety of fundamental rehabilitation and support modalities to assist clients. Supervises participants in Community Corrections Programming, develops Individual Program Plans for clients, maintains on-going case files, assists with on-site and community drug testing, gathers and evaluates information and data from other agencies (i.e. police, attorney, courts, treatment), and coordinates with community agencies and resources as needed to make appropriate referrals and to provide strong case management services to participants.

Desired: Certified Pretrial Service Professional and NCIC Certification.

Qualifications : Graduation from high school supplemented by completion of an associate’s degree program in human services or related field or any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the desirable knowledge, abilities and skills.

Necessary Special Requirement : Possession of a valid drivers license when operating a vehicle is required in the performance of assigned duties.

Employees must work a least 30 hours per week to be eligible for insurance benefits.

Vacation leave, sick leave, and holidays are prorated for part time employees based upon the hours worked per week.

Temporary, seasonal, and on-call employees are not eligible for benefits.
