Communications Specialist – Remote

Pay Rate Range: $30 • $36/Hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Strategic Communication Planning : Ability to develop and implement communication strategies that align with our infrastructure goals and objectives.
• Writing and Editing : Strong writing skills to craft clear and compelling messages, as well as editing skills to ensure all communications are error-free and adhere to brand standards.
• Internal Communications : Experience with creating and disseminating information within an organization to ensure employees and agency owners and staff are informed and engaged.
• Story Telling Skills: Ability to take technical information and distil it into a way that makes sense and is consumable to our end users.
• Interpersonal Skills : Strong verbal communication and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical Skills : (Nice to have) Ability to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and adapt based on data and feedback.
• Technical Proficiency : (Nice to have) Familiarity with communication technologies and software that support the creation and distribution of messages.
