Apply Here Job Description : As a Collections Representative, youll be the reassuring voice for individuals navigating their vehicle financing, offering support and solutions over the phone. Having the ability to navigate sensitive financial discussions will be valued. Join us to be a key player in a team that values clear communication and genuine assistance to resolve account delinquency. This position is ideal for someone who is adept at negotiating and crafting payment solutions mutually beneficial for both the customer and our organization. Responsibilities:
  • Initiate contact with customers to discuss and negotiate tailored repayment plans for outstanding debts
  • Monitor overdue accounts to determine and execute necessary recovery actions
  • Report on collection activities and the status of accounts receivable
Qualifications:
  • Previous customer service experience a plus but not required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem solving with a customer focused mindset
  • Computer proficiency
