Department:

Medical Clinic

Days and Shifts:
  • Full-time position
  • Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 7:00am-7:00pm – Hours may vary.
  • Saturday 8:00am-12:00pm
  • Sunday 11:00am-3:00pm
  • DESCRIPTION:
  • Responsible for answering multi-line telephone, scheduling appointments, routing phone calls and taking messages
  • Obtains insurance information and checks patients in upon their arrival
  • Greets and assists customers as needed
  • Other clerical support as requested
Requirements
Educational/Experience:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal/interpersonal customer service and computer skills
  • Ability to use electronic medical record and other software programs
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English well
  • Experience in healthcare setting helpful
