Description
Our ideal candidate is highly energetic, motivated and enjoys working with people and the public! We have a group of dental practices that need call center support as we manage a high volume of dental office incoming calls. As a critical part of our team and patient experience, you will be responsible for the following:- Answer phones with enthusiasm and excitement
- Be accommodating and book our patients for their appointments or assist in answering any questions they have
- Direct clinical calls to the patients doctor
- Work with Practice Managers and office teams to provide an exceptional patient experience
- Assist with insurance verifications and breakdowns for new and existing patients
- Provide a stellar patient experience!
Needed Skills/Qualities Attributes:

- Polite and upbeat personality
- Dental experience a major plus
- STRONG attention to detail
- Familiarity with Dentrix/weave
- Technology savvy
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple incoming calls
- Follow up- when you say youre going to call someone back, you really do!
- Ability to self manage and be self motivated- while you will work in an office among one of our dental teams, youll need to make sure you can fulfill tasks to completion with minimal supervision

Salary
$17 – $20 per hour
