Full-time patient call center representative at $19/hour.
The Patient Support Center Representative is the most important initial point of contact for our patients and external providers calling into Greater Portland Health. This individual will be responsible for answering phone calls in a patient-focused manner to assure exceptional care and patient access. The ideal candidate will represent Greater Portland Health (GPH) with the highest level of customer service, compassion, and perform all duties in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and customer service standards.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent General Education Degree required
- Level 3 English is required.
- Bilingual /multilingual in French, Spanish, Arabic, Swahili, or other major languages a strong plus.
- Strong customer service skills required.
