Headquartered in Birmingham, AL, our field operations are located throughout the Appalachian Basin in the states of Tennessee, Kentucky, Virginia, West Virginia, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. In 2021, Diversified announced our expansion into our Central Regional Focus Area, which includes producing areas within Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. Responsibilities: **This role will sit in our Corporate Office in Birmingham, Alabama. **
The Call Center Representative (CCR) is responsible for the intake of customer requests or issues by phone, email, or portal. The CCR will prioritize and resolve customer cases for DGOC’s Land, Marketing, and Accounting teams.

This role will report to the Call Center Supervisor.

Special focus to be placed on:
  • Answer incoming calls regarding various issues including revenue, land, and marketing.
  • Log inquiries in a case tracking system and follow-up on outstanding unresolved inquiries.
  • Responds promptly to customer needs and adds value by building relationships and trust through client interactions and manages difficult or emotional situations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and clients.
  • Ability to professionally interface with clients over the phone or through email.
  • Strong self-motivation and teamwork.
  • Strong organizational skills, sets priorities and meets deadlines.
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of call center experience. Experience with accounting, land, or marketing in Oil and Gas preferred.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and various oil and gas software programs.
  • High School degree or equivalent
